A former British soldier accused of terrorism and Official Secrets Act offences has pleaded not guilty to escaping from prison and going on the run. According to the prosecution, Daniel Abed Khalife escaped from London’s Wandsworth Prison on 6 September by tying himself to the underside of a food delivery truck.
