Floods and landslides have killed at least 20 people in the southern Philippines
At least 20 people have died after days of heavy rains in parts of the southern Philippines, provincial emergency agencies said on Monday. Thirteen people died in Davao de Oro province, two were missing and seven people died in neighbouring Davao del Norte, emergency agency officials said.
