French President Emmanuel Macron said he wants the European Union to guarantee abortion rights in its Charter of Fundamental Rights. Macron was speaking at a ceremony in Paris where Justice Minister Eric Dupont-Moretti used the press to enshrine abortion rights in the French constitution.
