Galapagos volcano began erupting on uninhabited island
Ecuador’s La Cumbre volcano, part of the Galapagos archipelago, has begun to erupt, the South American country’s government said on Sunday. There was no immediate danger as the island where the volcano is located is uninhabited, the environment ministry confirmed.
