Gritstone wins $433 million contract to research a vaccine against COVID

The US government has awarded Gritstone Biography a $433 million contract to conduct an interim study of a self-amplifying mRNA vaccine candidate against COVID-19. The contract is part of Project NextGen, an initiative of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
