Himalayan glacial lake flooding kills 14 people
At least 14 people have died and 102 are missing after heavy rains caused a Himalayan glacial lake in northeast India to overflow its banks and rescuers were hampered by washed-out bridges and fast-moving rivers, officials told Reuters on Thursday.
