Hyundai is investing in the production of electric vehicles in South Korea

Hyundai said it plans to invest a total of $16.54 billion through 2030 to expand its electric vehicle business in South Korea. The South Korean automotive group, which includes Hyundai and Kia, plans to produce 1.44 million electric vehicles annually in South Korea by 2030.
