India won its first gold medals and North Koreans created drama by beating their South Korean rivals to the podium on the second day of the Asian Games in Hangzhou on Monday. Some 12,400 athletes from 45 countries are vying for 481 gold medals in 40 sports at the Games in the eastern Chinese city, which was postponed for a year because of measures to combat COVID-19.
