Isaac Hayes’ family sues Donald Trump for playing ‘Hold On, I’m Coming’ at events
The family of R&B legend Isaac Hayes announced that they have sued presidential candidate Donald Trump for unauthorised use of the song “Hold On, I’m Coming” at campaign events. The family demanded Trump stop playing the song and pay $3 million for its unauthorised use from 2022 to 2024, saying the copyright has been infringed 134 times.
