Jamie Foxx was sued Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a customer at a rooftop bar in New York City in 2015. The woman, named in the lawsuit as Jane Doe, claims Foxx took her to a secluded corner of the Catch NYC rooftop lounge, rubbed her breasts and fumbled under her trousers against her will.
