A year after landing her first Oscar, and a month after earning her second Emmy nomination for her role in The Bear, Jamie Lee Curtis received an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts degree from the American Film Institute at the graduation ceremony for the film school’s Class of 2024. Halloween director John Carpenter was on hand to present him with the award.
