Missouri’s Republican attorney general sued a Planned Parenthood affiliate, accusing it of helping minors travel to Kansas for abortions without telling their parents, in violation of state law. Missouri law prohibits almost all abortions, as well as helping a minor have an out-of-state abortion without parental consent.
