Montana said Tuesday it is appealing a U.S. judge’s November ruling to block Montana’s first-of-its-kind ban on short video-sharing app TikTok. Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen filed a notice that the state is appealing the decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
