More than 200 civilians are still at the plant in Mariupol

More than 200 civilians are still holed up with militants at a huge steel plant in Mariupol, in southern Ukraine, the city’s mayor, Vadym Boychenko, said Tuesday. He said there were still about 100,000 civilians in the Russian-occupied city in southern Ukraine.
