MTV Documentary Films has released the trailer for “Pay Or Die”, a documentary about the rising cost of insulin in the US that the platform acquired at this year’s South by Southwest Film Festival. The film will premiere at the IFC Center in New York on 1 November, the first day of National Diabetes Month.
