Namibia have cut their squad for this month’s Africa Cup of Nations final, reducing it to 23 of the 28 that were preparing in Ghana this week, the country’s football association said on Thursday. They submitted the final squad to the African Confederation before Wednesday’s deadline, with 11 players returning from the squad when Namibia last played in the final in Egypt in 2019.
