NATO says Russia did not withdraw its troops

Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberga said NATO can prove Russia’s failure to withdraw troops from Ukraine’s borders with satellite images. “The intelligence that we are sharing is also confirmed with open sources, with satellite images from commercial satellites,” Stoltenberga said in Brussels.
