Nearly 5,000 people have been detained at anti-war rallies in Russia
Police have detained almost 5,000 people during nationwide protests against the invasion of the war in Ukraine. Thousands of protesters chanted “No to war!” and “Shame on you!”, according to videos posted on social media by opposition activists and bloggers.
