Streaming service Netflix has abandoned the development of a sequel to the thriller “Brightness” with Will Smith in the title role. Also, the National Geographic publication suspended the project with Smith. The actor was supposed to star in the documentary cycle “From Pole to Pole” as a host, but the shooting was postponed to autumn.
