Newcastle United saw off north-east rivals Sunderland with a double from Alexander Isak to give them a 3-0 victory and a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup. Sunderland had plenty of chances against Newcastle after five defeats in their last six Premier League games, but they were no match for Eddie Howe’s side.
