Novartis on Monday confirmed its plans for a 100% spin-off of its Sandoz business on 4 October after shareholders gave their approval earlier this month. Novartis also said key regulatory approvals have been received, including approval of the SIX Exchange Regulation for the listing of Sandoz shares on the Swiss SIX exchange.
