Novo Nordisk will launch its popular anti-obesity drug Wegovy in Japan on 22 February, its first launch in Asia. The Danish company has chosen Japan as the sixth country in which to launch Wegovy despite the fact that obesity is much less of a problem in Japan compared to the West.
