Nvidia will release a China-focused AI chip in the second quarter of 2024 

US chipmaker Nvidia plans to start mass production in the second quarter of 2024 of an artificial intelligence (AI) chip it has developed for China to comply with US export rules, two people familiar with the situation said on Monday.
