Nvidia’s Huang has asked SK Hynix to speed up the delivery of HBM4 chips

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has turned to memory chip maker SK Hynix SK Group Chairman Chae Tae-won said Monday it intends to accelerate delivery of its next-generation high-bandwidth memory chips called HBM4 by six months.
