Officials say a landslide on Thailand’s Phuket Island has killed 13 people
Thirteen people, including a Russian couple, were killed in a landslide on the Thai resort island of Phuket, authorities said Sunday after the search for the missing people ended. Phuket Governor Sophon Suwannarat said heavy rains last week caused landslides near Big Buddha, a popular tourist spot in the south of the country.
