Romania and Bulgaria agree partial Schengen entry with Austria

Romania and Bulgaria have reached an agreement with Austria to join Europe’s open-border Schengen area by air and sea from March 2024, with talks on land borders to continue next year, the Romanian Interior Ministry said.
