Apple will open up its tap-and-go mobile payments system to rivals, the EU antitrust regulator said, even as its chief Margrethe Vestager said the iPhone maker has yet to change its business practices to comply with benchmark technology rules. The company faces three investigations under the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
