The U.S. Justice Department on Monday will issue a final declaration that Google illegally dominated online advertising technology and seek a second victory over the company in antitrust court. The closing arguments in Alexandria, Virginia, capped a 15-day trial in September in which prosecutors sought to prove that Google monopolised the markets for publishers‘ ad servers and advertisers’ ad networks.
