The new Los Angeles County district attorney has removed from his office’s post-conviction unit the two agents who sought to reduce the sentences of Lyle and Erik Menendez. Nathan Hochman took office last week after defeating incumbent George Gascón in the November election. The Menendez case is one of the most high-profile issues left to Hochman by the previous administration.
