Courtney B. Vance has joined the cast of ‘Percy Jackson and the Gods of Olympus’ as Zeus. The role was originally played by Lance Reddick, who died at the age of 60 shortly after the end of production on season 1. Zeus is the Greek god of the sky and the father of demigod Thalia Grace (Tamara Smart).
