Sean Kingston and his mother have been charged in federal court in Miami in connection with a $1 million wire fraud scheme. If convicted, both face up to 20 years in prison on each of the six counts. The 34-year-old singer appeared in court with his mother Janice Turner, 61, following his arrest in May.
