Gianna Nipkens scored 16 points and helped lead Utah to a 78-67 victory over No. 3 Notre Dame in the Cayman Islands Classic on Saturday in Georgetown, Cayman Islands. The Utes (6-2) got 15 points from Kennady McQueen and 14 points each from Jenna Johnson and Matheson Wilke. McQueen and Wilke each hit three three-pointers.
