Will Smith and Michael Bay are considering reuniting for a new project. Bay is in negotiations to direct the action movie ‘Fast and Loose’ for Netflix, starring Smith. The film follows a man who wakes up in Tijuana with no memories. As he reconstructs his past, he discovers that he has been living two lives: one as a crime boss and the other as a covert CIA agent.
