The Russian city of Orenburg is struggling with rising water levels after major rivers in Russia and Kazakhstan burst their banks in the worst floods recorded in the area in nearly a century. The deluge of meltwater has forced more than 110,000 people from their homes in the Russian Ural Mountains, Siberia and Kazakhstan.
