Russia maintains restrictions in Black Sea ports due to storms

Russia’s Transport Ministry said on Thursday that shipping restrictions at key Black Sea ports remain in place due to unfavourable weather conditions. The strongest storms in the Black Sea region have disrupted oil exports from Kazakhstan and Russia by 2 million barrels a day since last Friday.
