Russia wants solid, long-term peace with Ukraine, Putin’s spy chief says
Russia is opposed to simply freezing the conflict in Ukraine because Moscow needs a ‘solid and long-term peace’ that will resolve the core reasons for the crisis, Russia’s foreign intelligence chief Sergei Naryshkin said. In addition, Naryshkin said Putin is open to negotiations.
