Russia launched missile strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities during rush hour Wednesday morning, killing three people, wounding at least 10 others and setting the capital on fire, Ukrainian officials said. President Volodymyr Zelensky said two people were killed in the capital Kiev and one person in Mykolaiv in the south of the country.
