Salman Rushdie, the Indian-born novelist who spent years in hiding after Iran urged Muslims to kill him for his writings, is to publish a memoir in New York about the stabbing he suffered in 2022. Rushdie’s new memoir, “Knife: Meditations After an Assassination Attempt”, will be published on April 16, 2024.
