Sandoz enters $265 million settlement in US collusion case
Sandoz announced Thursday that it has settled a collusion case in the United States. The company said its US subsidiaries have agreed to pay $265 million in a lawsuit with a class of direct purchasers of the drugs, and the settlement contains no admission of wrongdoing by the Swiss company.
