Former Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico reached an agreement with centre-left and nationalist parties to form a new government that is expected to reduce the country’s support for Ukraine. The Slovak Social Democratic Leadership won the election on a pledge to end military aid to Ukraine and criticising sanctions on Russia.
