Swiss glaciers lost 10% of their volume in the worst two years on record
Swiss glaciers experienced their second worst melt this year after record losses in 2022, reducing their total volume by 10 per cent in the past two years, the watchdog GLAMOS said on Thursday. The same amount of ice has been lost in two years as in the three decades before 1990.
