Tanker Sounion Evacuated After Red Sea Attack Deemed an Environmental Hazard
The Greek-flagged oil tanker Sounion, carrying 150,000 tonnes of crude oil, has become an environmental and navigational risk after its crew evacuated following an attack in the Red Sea. The vessel was hit by projectiles near Yemen’s Hodeidah port, where Houthis have been targeting ships.
