The displeasure of the audience was caused by the fact that Swift ignored Celine Dion when she presented her with an award for winning the category “Album of the Year”. The singer missed congratulating the performer, snatching the statuette from her hands and marvelling at her win. Later, a photo of Swift hugging Dion backstage at the show appeared online.
