Tech giants will cut down on harmful content in New Zealand

On Monday, major tech companies agreed to reduce the amount of malicious online content in New Zealand. Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and Twitter have signed a set of rules, according to Netsafe, a government organization. Companies will follow the code in a self-regulatory manner.
