The European Commission has proposed imposing sanctions against the Moscow Credit Bank and Rosselkhozbank. Earlier, the head of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that Sberbank would also fall under sanctions. EU governments must support the proposal before it is accepted.
