“The Hunger Games” play opens in London

The first theatrical adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ acclaimed novel The Hunger Games will open in autumn 2024. Playwright Conor McPherson has adapted the first novel in Collins’ series and the first film in Lionsgate’s dystopian franchise for theatrical release. Matthew Dunster will direct the production.
