The US FDA has approved Eli Lilly’s blood cancer drug for the second time
Eli Lilly said the US Food and Drug Administration has given a second approval to its drug Jaypirca, which is used to treat a form of blood cancer. The company said the health regulator gave the new approval for the drug to treat chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, a type of cancer in which the bone marrow produces too many certain white blood cells.
