The US government has allocated $45 million for long-term COVID clinics

The U.S. government is awarding $45 million in grants to help clinics treating protracted COVID develop new models of care and expand access, the Department of Health and Human Services announced Wednesday. Nine clinics will receive grants of $1 million annually for the next five years through HHS’s Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the department said.
