TSMC has raised $3.5 billion in bonds for a new plant

Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC has raised $3.5 billion in bonds for its new plant in the U.S. state of Arizona. TSMC, a major supplier to Apple, began building a factory in Arizona last year, where it plans to invest $12 billion to build a computer chip manufacturing plant.
