Kenneth Welsh, a Canadian actor best known as the villainous FBI agent Windom Earle in the original Twin Peaks series, has died. His death was confirmed by the Canadian Film and Television Union. The cause of death was not specified. During his long career, Welsh appeared in more than 200 films.
